Sauna Detox is fast becomming a well known form of detoxifying. In our spa we combine relaxation and detoxification to offer you a therapuetic detox experience.
During your sauna detox session, you will receive an electrolyte replacement drink as well as close supervision to provide for your safety. A doctors referral is recommended prior to beginning sauna detox sessions.
Other detoxifying services such as massage and reflexology sessions may be recommended in combination to your sauna detox package, but will not usually be given on the same day as your sauna detox session.
